ICICI Lombard Q3 FY2026 Result Highlights

  • ICICI Lombard reported a 9 per cent decline in profit after tax at ₹659 crore for the three months ended December 2025. The company had posted a profit after tax of ₹724 crore in October-December FY25.
  • ICICI Lombard total income up 12%, profit grows 9%

ICICI Prudential Life Q3 FY2026 Result Highlights

  • ICICI Prudential Life Insurance Company reported 20% increase in standalone net profit for the quarter ended December 2025 at Rs 390.20 crore as against Rs 325.65 crore in the same quarter last year.
  • Net profit up 19.82% at ₹390.20 crore on higher investment income.
  • During the period under review net premium income, however, fell 3.69% y-o-y at ₹11809.26 crore compared to ₹12261.37 crore in the year-ago period.

Bank of Maharashtra Q3 FY2026 Result Highlights

  • Bank of Maharashtra’s standalone net profit after tax for the quarter ended December 2025 increased 26.5% to Rs 1779.33 crore as against Rs 1406.45 crore in the year-ago period. 
  • ➢ Total Business grew by 17.24% to ₹ 5,95,163 crore. 
  • ➢ Total Deposits increased by 15.29% to ₹ 3,21,661 crore. 
  • ➢ Global Gross Advances increased by 19.62% to ₹ 2,73,502 crore. 
  • ➢ Gross NPA declined to 1.60% as on 31.12.2025. 
  • ➢ Net NPA declined to 0.15% as on 31.12.2025. 
  • ➢ Provision Coverage Ratio improved to 98.41%. 
  • ➢ Net Profit increased by 26.51% to ₹ 1,779 crore. 
  • ➢ Operating profit grew by 18.78% to ₹ 2,736 crore. 
  • ➢ Net Interest Income increased by 16.27% to ₹ 3,422 crore.
  • ➢ Domestic Net Interest Margin (NIM) stood at 3.87%. 
  • ➢ Cost to Income Ratio improved to 37.19%. 
  • ➢ Return on Assets (ROA) improved to 1.86%. 
  • ➢ Return on Equity (ROE) improved to 23.79%. 
  • ➢ CRAR stood at 17.06% of which Tier I is 13.95%. 
  • ➢ Gross NPA declined to 1.60% as on 31.12.2025 against 1.80% as on 31.12.2024. The same was 1.72% as on 30.09.2025. 
  • ➢ Net NPA declined to 0.15% as on 31.12.2025 against 0.20% as on 31.12.2024. The same was 0.18% as on 30.09.2025. 
  • ➢ Provision Coverage ratio improved to 98.41% as on 31.12.2025 as against 98.28% as on 31.12.2024. The same was 98.34 % as on 30.09.2025. 
  • ➢ Bank holds cumulative Covid-19 provision of ₹ 1200 crore as on 31st December 2025.

  • Net Profit down 10.2% At ₹117.9 Cr Vs ₹131.3 Cr (YoY)
  • Revenue up 6.4% At ₹305.6 Cr Vs ₹287.3 Cr (YoY)
  • EBITDA up 9.6% At ₹95.2 Cr Vs ₹86.8 Cr (YoY)
  • Margin At 31.1% Vs 30.2% (YoY)

  • Net Profit down 29.6% At ₹109 Cr Vs ₹154.8 Cr (QoQ)

  • EBIT up 17.7% At ₹199.9 Cr Vs ₹169.9 Cr (QoQ)

Oriental Hotels Q3 Result Highlights

  • Net profit rises 44% to ₹21 crore, revenue up 14%
  • The company reported a strong set of earnings for the third quarter of FY26.
  • Net profit surged 44% year-on-year to ₹20.7 crore, compared with ₹14.4 crore in the same quarter last year. Revenue increased 14% to ₹139 crore from ₹122 crore a year ago.
