Sapphire Foods Q4 FY2026 Result: Revenue up 11.4%, EBITDA margin improved

  • The company reported a net loss of ₹12.6 crore for Q4FY26, compared with a profit of ₹2 crore in the year-ago period, largely due to one-time loss of ₹12.7 crore. Other income declined sharply to ₹5 crore from ₹13 crore.  However, the company’s revenue from operations grew 11.4% Y-o-Y to ₹792.2 core from ₹711.3 crore in the year-ago period. 
  • Earnings before interest, tax, depreciation, and amortisation (Ebitda) rose 17.2% to ₹124.4 crore in the quarter under review. 
  • Ebitda margins expanded to 15.7% from 14.9%. 
  • Revenue for KFC grew by 15% (highest in the last 8 quarters) and Pizza Hut India revenue declined by 6%. SSSG of 4% (est. 4%; ex-Navratri: 6%)Sri Lanka grew revenue by 15 per cent in LKR. Sri Lanka posted healthy revenue growth of 16% YoY (+15% in LKR), driven by 11% LKR SSSG and 7% store growth.
