HDFC Bank Q3 FY2026 Results Highlights: Net profit rises 11%
- HDFC Bank reported an 11.5% YoY rise in standalone net profit to Rs 18,650 crore for the December quarter, supported by steady core earnings, margin expansion and lower credit costs.
- Net interest income grew 6.4%, while asset quality remained stable, with gross NPAs unchanged sequentially at 1.24 percent. NIMs improved 8 bps QoQ to 3.35%, reflecting easing funding costs and CRR benefit.

- Net profit declined 4 percent year on year to Rs 11,318 crore, primarily because provisions jumped sharply to Rs 2,556 crore from Rs 914 crore in the previous quarter
